1500 calorie diet | Lose Weight with it!
If you decided to lose weight immediately, the 1500 calorie diet is the best diet for you. You need to east nutritious foods that have low-calorie. These two are great foods even if you are on a diet or not.
You noticed that most restaurants offer salads because you will not feel deprived when eating it. However, the dressing can have other calories that may ruin your 1500 CALORIE DIET. To be sure, you can bring you own dressing. Choose the calorie dressing that is reduced that only contains 30 calories or less in every 2 tablespoon.
For dinner, you have to eat plenty of vegetables. This keeps the calories low but you remain full. To provide you with protein, you can have lean meats like skinless chicken breast, boneless, lean beef cuts, and ground and breast turkey. Make sure you do not add large amount of calories from fat. You can have ½ cup of brown rice. Brown rice has more nutrients than white potatoes, pasta, or white rice. You have to take note that your dinner should not exceed to 400 calories.
The total of your three meals of the 1500 calorie diet is 980 calories. The remaining 520 calories is divided to your snacks during the day. You have to avoid two snacks that have high calorie. Examples of these snacks are string cheese with 70 calories, 1 cup of air-popped popcorn has 30 calories, an apple has 80 calories, and a rice cake that is flavored with 50 calories.
