Fat Smash Diet | How it works?
The fat smash diet is created by Dr. Ian Smith, the host of VH-1’s Celebrity Fit Club and aims to help you lose weight and keep it off. The plan is meant to eliminate the bad habits that you have in regards to maintaining your weight loss and to teach you to have a permanent lifestyle change when it comes to eating and having physical activities. How it worksAccording to Dr. Smith, the diet plan is meant to rewire the body and its relationship to physical and food activity. The whole idea was based on lifestyle changes that can enable people to maintain their weight after they have achieved their weight loss goals. This kind of diet consists of four phases and each phase lasts for nine days to four weeks. It is a very detailed plan. During the first nine days you will be eating fruits and vegetables. The next phase will take in protein and some grains in your diet. The third would incorporate a wide range of grains like pasta and bread in addition to the food that you have during the first two phases. The final phase will then be all about maintaining the steady diet in addition to indulging in a lot of foods that have been eliminated in the first three phases. The diet lets you eat four to five small meals or large snacks everyday with no more than three to four hours apart. The last meal should be taken at least one and a half hours before bedtime. This regular eating schedule is established in order to avoid having hunger pangs while you are on the diet. The fat smash diet also has exercise incorporated in the weight loss program. The program will have you exercising in most days of the week. You can start out by performing cardiovascular exercises that you should be doing for thirty minutes per day. When you reach the final phase you will be increasing the amount of time that you spend exercising to one hour. Pros - The fat smash diet is a fairly detailed 90 day plan that includes recipes, an exercise plan and information on portion control.
