It is usually related to raw food diet but instead of eating uncooked fruits and vegetables, you will only be limited to consuming raw fruits.

About fruitariansFruitarians usually adopt the fruit diet for health reasons, ecological responsibility or ethics. A fruitarian diet only allows dieters to use the fruit, nuts, seed and other plant matter that can be gathered without placing harm on the plant. For example, apples, oranges, berries, grains, nuts, pumpkins and tomatoes can be eaten. But for carrots, spinach and potatoes they can not be consumed since reaping them would require destruction on the plant.

How it worksIt is easy to go on a fruit diet. All you have to do is to choose fresh or dried fruits that you enjoy eating so you have a lot of variety. Make sure that you do not mix fresh and dried fruits at the same meal and that you take 4 to 5 small meals of fruits each day. Make sure that when you eat, you chew your fruit slowly.
