How it WorksThe Jenny’s Diet and weight loss program has the “Jenny Cuisine” which is the company’s brand of pre-packed meals. Aside from the pre-packed meals you will also be eating vegetables, fruits and low fat dairy products that you can provide yourself. Halfway through the program, you will be asked to stop eating Jenny Cuisine and you will start eating meals on your own with the confidence that you now know which foods are good for you and how much serving you can get. You will also have to undergo at least 30 minutes of physical activity five days a week in the Jenny Craig weight loss program to help you become more active.
