Beef may be boiled, baked or broiled. Avoid the use of fats in your diet. You still have to eat your soup. Day 6: You can eat as much beef and vegetables as you can. Protein rich foods with green leafy vegetables are a perfect for this day. And do eat the soup. Day 7: Today you can have unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables. Do not forget your soup. This is the last day of your plan so eat up your soup. Never forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. You are allowed to drink black coffee, herbal tea, skimmed milk and other unsweetened fruit drinks. By this time you could have lost about 10-17 pounds.
