If beef is not available, you can have baked chicken but no skin. Saturdays, it is time for vegetable and beef. This is for your heart, but still no baked potato. Eat your soup once. On Sundays, vegetables, brown rice, and juices but not sweet. Make sure to eat your soup once this day.
But to make sure that your diet will be effective as you want it, always remember that is only good for seven days. While following this diet, balance the diet with a multivitamin tablet. Just make sure it is prescribed by your physician. You can also try different spices to add something new to your soup.
